Leftover: Usher Featuring Crooked I,Ciara & Jay-Z – Hot Toddie [Smu Mix] (Original Version)

This Version of Usher’s Hot Toddie was originally intended for my Hip Hop Weekly Reloaded Smu Mixed but i scrapped it…

This version is about 2 Minutes longer features a verse from Usher and sounds more complete.

Have a listen for yourself and let me know what you think.

Before the Album: Beastie Boys Featuring Nas – Too Many Rappers (Original Album Version)

This Joint right here is from 2 of my favourite 80’s artists ever.
Beastie Boys and Nas on one track sounds legendary already and it sure is!
This Version was meant to be on their upcoming “Hot Sauce Comitee Part 2” aka the original “Hot Sauce Comitee Part 1” (yeah confusing shit i know.).But then for obvious reasons they changed this version with a slightly different and even more B-Boyish Version on a different Beat and a new verse from MCA (which is even doper).

Please Note: This Track is for promotional use only, won’t be making the album in this version and is only there to promote their upcoming “Hot Sauce Comitee Part 2” Album.Make sure you go cop and support real and original Hip Hop and don’t download leaks. Bring It Back: Joe Budden & Royce Da 5’9″ – Hottest In The Hood [Smu Mix]

Happy Easter everybody!
I thought i bring this Joint back up as it’s Easter and it has passed 2 years of existence now (Crazy how fast the time passed by…).
Anyway here’s a mix of Joe Budden’s and 5’9″s Verses over Red Cafe’s “Hottest In The Hood” that i’ve made back in 2009
Mixed by yours truly.
Shoutout to Hex Murda!

Take It Back: G-Depp – Head Over Wheels (1997)

I was listening to DJ Premier’s “NY Reality Check” Mixtape when i got up earlier this morning.
It’s a mad dope mixtape because it showcasts NY’s Underground scene from 1997.
Anyway i thought i share my favourite Joint of this Tape with y’all.
“Head Over Wheels” is a song by (then Underground Rapper) G-Depp.
Ques provided this smooth Beat.
No Rewinds or Tags by Premier.

Enjoy and don’t forget to pay homage to Guru today!

Missy Elliot featuring Lil Wayne & T-Pain – Talk That Shit [Smu Mix] (Produced by Timbaland)

Yup this is an interesting mix actually. Missy Elliot made this Joint together with T-Pain for Timbaland’s Shock Value 2 Album but it never made the cut because Tim decided to go a more poppy way on that album. Then a few months later Timbaland himself leaked a Lil Wayne Verse that was suppose to appear on that record but was never released before. Anyway:I decided to mix them both up because the Verse was suppose to be on there anyway. So this is kinda like the real Final mix.

Sidenote: Shit Timothy may have made a few big Eurodance tunes with Keri Hilson and made a dope album with Nelly Furtado, but you can’t deny that he let the Hip Hop Community down in the last few years. (WTF at Jay-Z’s Ghetto Techno or Reminder especially)

Throwback Joints: The LOX – Slow Down [Green Lantern Remix] (No DJ/No Rewinds)

Throwback Joint! This Track was originally recorded by The LOX (Sheek Louch,Styles P and Jadakiss) over Fat Joe’s “Ha ha (Slow Down)” Single as a promo Freestyle, the acapella was then handed to DJ Green Lantern (Salute!) for Jadakiss’ 3rd “The Champ is here” Installment. He mixed/blended it with Brand Nubian’s “Slow Down” Instrumental.A coincidence? Certainly not! The acapella works perfectly with the Beat. It had some rewinds and DJ drops but i removed them to make it a bit more listenable for y’all.

Throwback Joint : Evidence,Blu,Talib Kweli & Kid Cudi – Therapy (Produced by The Alchemist) [2009]

I remember when this Joint dropped on Alchemist’s mad slept on “Chemical Warfare” LP last year.It had me hooked after the first listen, this Guitar Loop beat is kinda hypnotic, the hook suits the mood that beat is giving out and what a line-up!

3 of my Favorite Artists: Evidence(Dilated Peoples,Step Brothers),Blu,Talib Kweli & Kid Cudi who delivers an insanely dope hook.Alchemist on the Beat.

Yup this shit is/was a hit! (Take it how you want it)
