Smu Mix Sessions Pt.2: Kendrick Lamar & Lil Wayne

l_ab97e82e33ae4833bd43184e700cb285

Well look what I’ve found here.

To tell you the truth this is another unfinished project  that i was workin on a year ago but i never got to finish.

Here’s the actual idea that i had:

Kendrick Lamar (the artist formerly known as K.Dot of Top Dawg Entertainment) released a mixtape where he rapped over Carter 3 Beats and this inspired me to mix his versions with Weezy’s Originals.I have to say I’m not a big Fan of C3 but i’m always open for projects like this.I didn’t mix all tracks up because the DJ tags on C4(Kendrick’s Mixtape) were placed “unlucky” on some tracks.

I wanted to call this project “The Carter 3 Mixes” but i stopped workin on it.But since i found those Joints i might go around and work on that project again.

Anyway here are 2 Joints to show you how it sounds like:

Kendrick Lamar & Lil Wayne – 3 Peat [Smu Mix] (Produced by Vaushaun “Maestro” Brooks)

Kendrick Lamar & Lil Wayne feat Betty Wright – Playin With Fire [Smu Mix] (Produced by Streetrunner)

Slaughterhouse – The “Bonus” Joints [EP]

Ya already know what it is!The Slaughterhouse Album In Stores now,I copped it via  iTunes already and on Friday I’m going to cop another physical copy.

“Cop 2 For Hip Hop” just like Joell Ortiz said and i can only say that album is really worth the money and the waiting.Because i haven’t heard the leak before i copped it as i didn’t want to be spoiled by those links.

Before the super group Slaughterhouse(Joe Budden,Crooked I,Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5’9″) released their dope debut album they were literally giving the Fans a little taste of what they should be expecting. This compilation is for those who don’t know the group (yet) or are still undecided whether they should cop the album or not. I wanted to give you a chance to make up your mind with this lil collection of 9 (previously released) (Pre-Album) Songs from the Slaughterhouse Machine.
