Slaughterhouse – The Other Side [Extended Version]


Slaughterhouse Album has been out for a while but there a few songs on there that were actually missing Verses from one of the MC’s.
The other Side was one example for such a case. Fortunately Crooked I got the Beat from Justice League and dropped his Verse over the beat earlier today.
I added it to the Mix.

Slaughterhouse Featuring Eminem – Juggernauts [Smu Remix]

The Slaughterhouse Mixtape is finally out and this was one of the most anticipated tracks from the tape itself.
It was just missing one thing…exactly! A Verse by Eminem.
Since the Klasix decided to sample Eminem’s “Patiently Waiting” Verse i thought i do exactly the same and re-use the entire verse and put it on the Beat.

Smu & 7th Boro Present: Slaughterhouse – Sabotage The Throne [Mixtape]

While i was having a blogging Hiatus i was working on this little gem right here.

This is a Mixtape by me which mainly shows Slaughterhouse teaming up with other great rappers to destroy some beats. Plain and simple.

To help you understand the meaning of the cover i asked the designer John Wheeler to explain it:

“Overall, I stuck with the idea of using a Lion as a visual metaphor. Lions have always been used to represent royalty, a king, or whoever has “the throne”.
The way I see it, Hip-hop is such a competitive game and especially since watch the throne was dropped a lot of MC’s are trying to claim that “the throne” is rightfully theirs.

While there is no official “throne”, it is a widespread belief that the rapper with most record sales would claim that spot.
The Lion represents anyone in that top spot, to me that means Wayne, Kanye, Jay-Z, Ross, etc. (not specifically any one in particular, it’s up to the viewer’s interpretation).
So the main concept is, Slaughterhouse might not sell as many records as most of the radio ringtone rappers, the so called best in the game, BUT they most definitely can destroy them lyrically.
The visual depicts that throne has been sabotaged with the blood of the fallen king”

Slaughterhouse feat Bun B – Cuckoo [Smu Mix] (Prod. by DJ Khalil)

Slaughterhouse and Bun B on the same record? Looks dope on the screen/paper and surely does on the record.

I mixed Bun B’s Freestyle with the original Slaughterhouse Track.

In my opinion Bun should join Slaughterhouse,because his work effort is crazy and you can’t be wrong with having the Underground King on your record.

The Beat comes from none other than DJ Khalil who also produced Clipse’s Single “Kinda Like A Big Deal”.
